COVID – we will be doing our best to follow CDC guidelines with social distancing, wearing masks, regular sanitizing, and limiting hands on activities.
*SELECTION OF TREES: We have a limited selection of Christmas trees available to cut each year and as a result we cannot guarantee what we will have to choose from when you get here. Check our Facebook for updates.
*WEATHER: We are open rain or shine.
*SAWS AND TWINE PROVIDED: We provide you with a bow saw to cut your tree down and twine for you to tie it on your car. We are not responsible for the tree once it leaves the farm.
*PICTURE TAKING: Customer photos are always welcome. Professional photography in the Christmas Trees is only allowed October 24, 25, 31, and November 1, 2020.
*HAYRIDE: No Hayrides into the tree fields this year due to COVID.
*SMOKING: Our farm is a smoke-free & alcohol/drug free facility.
*PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
*CHILDREN: Please closely supervise your children to ensure their safety.
*ACCESSIBILITY: We are a real working farm with unpaved, uneven surfaces. Strollers, wagons and wheelchairs are welcome it may be a little bumpy. Our bathrooms and hayrides are stroller/wheelchair accessible.
*RESTROOMS: We offer indoor clean bathroom facilities and outside handwashing stations.
*ANIMALS: Our farm animals are friendly. Please keep fingers away from the animal’s mouths though because they may bite/nibble.
*FOOD: Customers are ALWAYS welcome to bring your own food to the farm. Due to COVID, our charities may not be offering food for sale during the 2020 season.
*DOGS: Friendly dogs on a leash are very welcome. We love our dogs at Elgin CHRISTmas Tree Farm.
*SUNDAYS ON THE FARM: We open at 12:00 p.m. on Sundays. During the CHRISTmas season everyone is welcome to join us for Church on the Farm at 11:00.
