Pedestrians must make way for the wagon and train ride to pass. Always watch for moving vehicles.
We are a real working farm with unpaved, uneven surfaces. Strollers, wagons and wheelchairs are welcome although it may be a little bumpy. Our bathrooms and hayrides are stroller/wheelchair accessible.
-
Beware of ants, uneven ground, moving vehicles, sharp saw blades, splinters, and other environmental hazards in our farm environment. Please do not play with saws, measuring sticks, or bamboo tree stakes. Please obey all posted signs. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained or lost, stolen, or damaged items.

We have a limited selection of Christmas trees available to cut each year and as a result we cannot guarantee what we will have to choose from when you get here. Check our Prices page or social media for the latest updates.

While we are happy to assist you with the loading of Christmas trees or other merchandise, we are not responsible for securing your tree to your vehicle or for any damage to your vehicle caused by loading merchandise. Please make sure all items are secure before leaving the premises.

Please follow all of the instructions on the Tree Care sheet attached to your receipt. These tips are extremely important to the longevity of your fresh tree. We are not responsible for trees after they are taken off the premises.

We are unable to install tree stands on site (including tree stands purchased from us). This is because we recommend that everyone make a fresh cut on their tree upon arriving home, no matter how far you live from us. See our tree care page for more info. We do not offer tree drilling.

Sorry, we do not offer tree flocking (a method of spraying fibers on the tree to create a snowy look).
-
We spray our trees with pesticides for insect control throughout the year in compliance with state regulations. We do not have organic trees.

For safety reasons, no power saws are allowed in. A hand saw will be provided for cutting your own Christmas tree.

Although we are in a large outdoor setting, please refrain from smoking on our property for the comfort and safety of our guests. Dry grass and hay bales are abundant on the farm and are extremely flammable.
No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
